Privacy Policy

Chess Platform is an online chess service operated by Mini Apps Builder, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("we", "us", "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the rights you have. It applies to all of our clients: the iOS and Android apps, the Telegram Mini App, and the website at chessplatform.cc.

We collect only the data needed to run the Service. Every item below is used solely for App Functionality. None of it is used for tracking or advertising, and we do not sell it.

Email — source: Sign in with Apple / Google. Purpose: Authentication. Linked to your identity: Yes. Used for tracking: No.

Name — source: Apple / Google. Purpose: Profile. Linked to your identity: Yes. Used for tracking: No.

Avatar photo — source: uploaded by you. Purpose: Profile. Linked to your identity: Yes. Used for tracking: No.

User ID — source: generated at registration. Purpose: Account identification. Linked to your identity: Yes. Used for tracking: No.

Game statistics (rating, games) — source: created in the app. Purpose: Gameplay and leaderboard. Linked to your identity: Yes. Used for tracking: No.

Authentication — to sign you in and secure your account.

Game profile — to build and display your player profile.

Matchmaking — to pair you with opponents and bots.

Statistics and rating — to calculate and store your results and Elo rating.

Leaderboard — to rank players and show standings.

All processing serves the functionality of the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or cross-service tracking.

You sign in through Sign in with Apple or Google. Your email address and name are provided to us by the sign-in provider you choose; we never see your password.

When using Sign in with Apple, you may choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option. In that case Apple gives us a private relay address instead of your real email, and the Service works normally.

In the Telegram Mini App you may instead sign in with Telegram, in which case we receive your Telegram ID, name, and username for the same authentication purpose.

Your data is stored on our backend hosted by Supabase, which acts as our infrastructure processor. Supabase processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms — see supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share data only with the infrastructure and sign-in providers required to operate the Service: Supabase (hosting and database) as a processor, and Apple and Google as your sign-in providers (and Telegram when you sign in through it).

The Service does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not include advertising SDKs, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can delete your account directly in the app at any time: go to Profile → Delete Account.

When you delete your account, your profile, avatar, and related data (including game statistics) are removed from our systems.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, the associated personal data is erased.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can delete your data yourself in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or contact us at admin@chessplatform.cc and we will help.

The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age set for the app stores it is distributed on, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact admin@chessplatform.cc and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
